Settings

To change your settings, go to the menu Edit - Settings.

The Settings dialog box lets you set your preferences and options. These settings will be kept in future sessions.

Options	Description
Identity	Select this button to modify your identity settings.
Grid	Select this button to modify your grid settings.
Confirmations	Select this button to modify your confirmations settings.
Reports	Select this button to modify your reports settings.
Save	Select the Save button to save yours settings.
No	Select the Cancel button to close the screen. All the modifications you have done to yours settings will be discard.

Option	Description
Your Name	This is the name that you enter when you register at Protoloop web site
Identification Code	This is the identification code that you enter when you register at Protoloop web site.
Email	This is the email address that you enter when you register at Protoloop web site.
Subscription Expired	The date your subsciption will expired.
Working Directory	This is the path where yours prototypes will be stored.
Group Name	This is the group name that will appear when you create feedbacks on a prototype that you have created.

To show the grid with these settings, press the Toggle Show/Hide Grid icon on the toolbar.

Option	Description
Width	This is the width of the grid.
Height	This is the height of the grid.
Color	This is the color of the lines or dots.
Dot	Select this for a grid of dots.
Line	Select this for a grid of lines.

This is where you set whether confirmation boxes should display or not.

Option	Description
Before quitting application	Select this checkbox if you want to be asked before quitting the application. If you select the checkbox, a confirmation dialog will open asking for approval.
Before logout	Select this checkbox if you want to be asked before logout from the server. If you select the checkbox, a confirmation dialog will open asking for approval.
Before removing the selected clipboard item(s)	Select this checkbox if you want to be asked before removing the selected clipboard item(s). If you select the checkbox, a confirmation dialog will open asking for approval.

This is where you set the colors and font of several sections of the documentation and feedback reports.

The settings work the same way for all the sections of Documentation and Feedbacks

Option	Description
Color column	Select the arrow down button to open the basic color palette. Click More colors to get more color options. Select none to return to default value.
Font column	Select the arrow down to display the available font. This list of font is taken from your operating system.
Size column	Select the down arrow to display a list of font sizes.
Type column	Select the down arrow to display the 4 possible font types
Line thickness	Select the desired thickness of the lines in the report
TOC text	Enter an alternative to use instead of 'Table of Contents'
Page text	Enter an alternative to use instead of 'Page'
Of text	Enter an alternative to use instead of 'Of'
